Celebrating Our Intern: Ariel Walker
We are overjoyed to celebrate Ariel Walker, who graduated on Saturday, December 13, 2025, earning her Master’s degree in Social Work from Saint Louis University.

During her time as an intern with KHAOS Inc., Ariel worked closely with our Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis – Larimore Unit partner site, where she brought warmth, intention, and genuine care into her work with young people. She has a natural ability to connect—meeting others with empathy, presence, and grace.

Ariel is truly something special. Her intelligence and professionalism are matched by her compassion, authenticity, and quiet confidence. She carries herself with a grounded beauty that puts people at ease and creates space for trust, healing, and growth.

We are immensely proud of Ariel and deeply grateful for the time, heart, and excellence she poured into KHAOS and our partners. Her future in social work is bright, her impact will be meaningful, and her presence will continue to change lives wherever she goes.

Congratulations, Ariel. We celebrate you—fully and wholeheartedly—and cannot wait to see all that you become.

PARTNERSHIP SPOTLIGHT
New Partner Spotlight: KIPP Inspire Academy
Cinematic Healing | 2025

We are proud to partner with KIPP Inspire Academy to deliver Cinematic Healing, a trauma-informed, film-based social emotional learning program for students.

This partnership is made possible through funding from the City of St. Louis Office of Violence Prevention, reflecting a shared commitment to violence prevention, emotional regulation, and youth empowerment.

Launching in Fall 2025, Cinematic Healing at KIPP Inspire Academy will provide students with a structured, creative space to explore real-life experiences through storytelling and filmmaking—while strengthening critical social-emotional skills such as self-awareness, communication, collaboration, and resilience.

Through this collaboration, students will:
-
Learn foundational filmmaking and storytelling skills
-
Build emotional regulation and healthy self-expression
-
Strengthen peer relationships and teamwork
-
Develop confidence, voice, and a sense of agency

By centering creativity as a pathway to healing, this partnership supports students not only academically, but emotionally—helping them process experiences, build resilience, and feel seen and supported within their school community.

We are honored to work alongside KIPP Inspire Academy and the City of St. Louis OVP to invest in prevention, connection, and long-term community well-being.
